3. Petrowsky. 15 were benign tumors (polyps, fibromas, lipomas etc.) and in 26 cases an inflammatory lesion was found (tuberculosis, actinomycosis, Crohn's disease etc.).

Petrowsky behandelt, 15mal handelte es sich um benigne Geschwülste (Polypen, Fibrome, Lipome usw.). In 26 Fällen fand sich eine entzündliche Geschwulst (Tuberkulose, Aktinomykose, Morbus Crohn usw.).

4. Most penile melanotic macules, angiokeratomas, fibromas and angiomas do not have to be treated; however, penile skin lesions may also be symptoms of other diseases, such as circinate balanitis in Reiter’s syndrome and multiple angiokeratomas in Fabry’s disease.

Die meisten Pigmentmale, Angiokeratome, Fibrome und Angiome bedürfen keiner Therapie. An der Haut des männlichen Genitales können sich aber auch Veränderungen manifestieren, die Teilsymptom anderer Erkrankungen sind (z. B. Balanitis circinata beim Reiter-Syndrom oder multiple Angiokeratome bei Morbus Fabry).

5. These syndromes include Muir-Torre syndrome, associated with cystic sebaceomas, Cowden syndrome, associated with multiple tricholemmomas, Carney complex associated with multiple superficial angiomyxomas, Birt-Hogg-Dubé syndrome associated with multiple fibrofolliculomas, tuberous sclerosis associated with multiple facial angiofibromas and so-called Koenen tumors, patients with renal cell cancer associated with pilar leiomyomatosis and uterine leiomyomas, Gardner syndrome associated with Gardner fibromas and nevoid basal cell carcinoma associated with multiple basal cell carcinomas in young patients.

Weitere Kombinationen stellen multiple Angiofibrome und sog. Koenen-Tumoren bei der tuberösen Sklerose, multiple kutane Leiomyome und uterine Leiomyome mit Nierenzellkarzinomen, das Gardner-Fibrom mit dem Gardner-Syndrom und multiple Basalzellkarzinome im jüngeren Lebensalter mit dem Gorlin-Syndrom dar.

There are described (1) a seedling gonadoblastoma (gonocytoma III) in a girl of 19 with primary amenorrhoea, an XO/XY karyotype and dysgenetic ovaries: there were no testicular rudiments and the tumour made no connection with any other structure; (2) a large gonadoblastoma (gonocytoma II) in a chromatin positive girl of 16 with puberty menorrhagia, showing diverse interrelated patterns including dysgerminoma, fibroma, granulosal cell tumour and embryonal carcinoma; and (3) a seminoma in a normal man of 23 with 4 small foci of intratubular gonadoblastoma at the tumour margin.

Dies kommt im normalen Hoden nur ganz ausnahmsweise vor (2 Fälle). Etwas weniger selten ist diese Reaktion in normalen Ovarien (8 Fälle), wo die Reaktion in schon bestehenden Stromawucherungen beobachtet wird. Die Reaktion variiert in Form und Grad.
